Their music has won them fans of all ages throughout Britain and
Europe. To date the band has proved popular at ceilidhs including
The Dance House, Cecil Sharp House and Haddenham,
folk festivals in the UK and abroad, including Sidmouth,
Towersey, Lamer Tree, Orkney, Shetland and
Rhudolstaat in Germany, bluegrass festivals such as Ironbridge
and Omagh Ulster-American Folk Park, and concerts and
bops at numerous arts centres and folk clubs - among them The
South Bank, Spring Gardens, and The Cellar Upstairs.
The Kitchen Girls have appeared on TV in both Britain and Germany
and have also recorded a very well-received radio session for the
BBC's Folk on 2 programme.
